Tabitha Somerset Webb launched her handbag and accessory label ‘Tabitha’, in 2003.
Frustrated by the selection of bags and accessories available, Tabitha decided to design her own range, and brought together luxury looks, high quality finish, and fashion focused product at a reasonable price point. The company ethos was to embrace everything fun, naughty and cool about being a girl, and put it in to a handbag. We all know that whatever you wear, your handbag can tell a thousand tales, so we at Tabitha know it has to be right.
Working with beautiful colours and unusual metallic leathers, the first collection was an instant hit, and over the last three years the range of bags has expanded to include other leather accessories, such as wallets, makeup bags and stationary books.
Tabitha now sits comfortably between high street and designer labels. The brand has gone from strength to strength and has a strong celebrity following, including Dannii Minogue. Lisa Snowdon, Kimberly Walsh, Sarah Harding, Denise Van Outen and Fearne Cotton to name but a few. Tabitha is also a favourite with stylists and journalists who often use her products for shoots and press coverage.
