With its rugged look and rope-inspired laces, the Keen Jasper Zionic is reminiscent of an approach shoe, and that's exactly what it is. But Keen wanted to design a footwear item that would be just as comfortable on the trail to the crag as it would be on the trail in town. That's why the Keen Jasper Zionic is equipped with a comfortable footbed as well as an abrasion-resistant TPU outsole with non-marking multi-directional 4mm lugs for increased traction. Thanks to the innovative lacing system, which extends from the tongue to the toes, you can adjust the fit completely individually. The removable PU insole provides the cushioning typical of a sneaker, plus durable, eco-friendly leather from an LWG-certified tannery reduces the impact on our planet.

Free Delivery on all orders of £150 or over

All our parcels are sent via DPD recorded services that are tracked and will require a signature on arrival. We will endeavour to process orders placed before 12pm for the same day dispatch. Many of our orders will arrive within 24 hours but depending on the time of your order and its destination in the UK it may take up to 5 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY.

Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping outside of England, Scotland & Wales. Please email us if you have questions in regards to this.

Returns Policy

*Christmas Returns Policy*

Unwanted Christmas gifts purchased from 26th November up until Christmas Eve can be returned up until Wednesday 7th January 2026.

ONLINE: Those items returned within 14 days of receipt will be eligible for a refund. Those items returned after 14 days, but still before Wednesday 7th January 2026, will receive a credit note valid for 6 months.

IN-STORE: Items purchased in our stores will be eligible for an exchange or credit note valid for 6 months.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns beyond the above date.

Purchases made after Christmas Eve will revert back to the standard policy.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it please return to the address below.

You have 14 days (including none working days) from the date you received it to return. However, during the Christmas period we may extend our returns policy.

For a full refund, please make sure you return the item unworn and in its original packaging with all the labels intact and accompanied by your original web order receipt.

We are not able to refund until the goods are received back and inspected.

We will issue a full refund to the card used or payment method when placing the order. Please allow up to 10 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods back (although it is normally processed within 3).

If you wish to exchange your item for another size please call or email ahead so we can check if we have the item in stock.
