The BIRKENSTOCK Arizona is a genuine classic that has been delighting both men and women with its timeless design for decades. The color-coordinated buckles with a textile feel and a matte design are additional eye-catchers. With its additional foam layer, the soft footbed offers extra comfort and pampers feet – all day long. The upper is made from soft suede.

Special feature: Soft footbed

The soft footbed has an integrated latex foam cushion. So it offers excellent comfort from day one.

Upper material: Suede

Suede is a split leather with a napped finish. It has a velvety surface and is very soft to the touch. It also boasts a high moisture absorption capacity. Suede is softer and more flexible by nature and does not have the same stability as smooth leather. The stability of suede also varies from hide to hide. This does not constitute a material or production defect.

Insole: Natural leather

Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimetres as upper material.

Footbed material: Cork

Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.

Outsole: EVA

EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.

All our parcels are sent via DPD recorded services that are tracked and will require a signature on arrival. We will endeavour to process orders placed before 12pm for the same day dispatch. Many of our orders will arrive within 24 hours but depending on the time of your order and its destination in the UK it may take up to 5 days.

Returns Policy

Returns and refunds

Online purchases

If you change your mind about an online purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. You have until 14 calendar days after the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel. You must then send the goods back within 14 calendar days of notifying us.

To cancel, email info@steranko.co.uk or call 0161 448 0108. Please provide your name, order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Condition of returned items

You may try items on and inspect them as you would in a shop. Please return them clean and unworn beyond trying them on, with their original packaging and labels wherever possible.

We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We recommend a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If you cancel your entire online order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Any additional cost for a premium delivery service is not refundable.

Size exchanges

If you would like another size, please call or email before returning your item so we can check availability. Exchanges are subject to stock and do not affect your cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage where required. The change-of-mind return conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

In-store purchases

For change-of-mind returns of items purchased in our shop, we offer an exchange or a credit note valid for six months, subject to our in-store return conditions. Please contact the shop for details. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
